1 General Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") are binding on all users and account holders of the Boucingball platform. By registering or playing on Boucingball, you agree to these Terms in full.

Boucingball is licensed under an international gaming authority and operates under regulatory oversight. We are committed to fair gaming, secure transactions, and responsible play.

These Terms may be amended or updated at any time. For significant changes, we will provide seven days' notice via email or on-site notification. Continuing to use the platform after updated Terms are published constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

2 Account Registration & Use

Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are opened, all accounts will be closed and all deposits and winnings will be forfeited. Multiple members of the same household may register, but each must use their own separate account.

You are solely responsible for the security of your account. Use a strong password and never share it with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access or a compromised account, contact our support team immediately.

During registration, you will choose a unique username. It must be appropriate and must not contain offensive, aggressive, or irrelevant language. We reserve the right to remove any username that does not meet these standards.

3 Age & Eligibility Requirements

Boucingball is for users aged 18 and above only. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or meet the minimum legal age required for gaming in your country.

No minor or legally ineligible person may use Boucingball. Any attempt by a minor to open or use an account will result in immediate cancellation with no refund of funds.

Boucingball may request valid identity documents (such as a birth certificate, passport, or national ID) for age verification at any time. Refusing to provide verification or submitting false information will result in permanent account closure.

4 Payments & Financial Transactions

Boucingball accepts multiple payment methods, including mobile banking, e-wallets, bank transfers, and cryptocurrency. Each payment method may carry its own fees or charges — Boucingball is not responsible for those costs.

Deposit: To deposit funds, go to the "Deposit" option and select your preferred payment method. Deposits are usually instant, though some methods may take 2–4 hours to reflect. You can start playing as soon as your deposit is confirmed.
